We have been SCAMMED . We operate a small business.We received an invoice from this company for a product that we did not order,and had not yet received. The person that pays bills here assumed that it was a legitemate order that had been received and sent payment. A week later we received a phone call from them in which they asked several questions. The caller then stated that the product we paid for was not a necessity to our business and stated that we needed a different , more expensive item. Our employee ,lacking business savvy, agreed to the purchace. This whole issue began with a deceitfull attempt to blindside honest people in ordert to make there company prosper. There sales tactics are underhanded and designed to confuse the unwary consumer. Upon further contact with them, they stated that we could return the item at our expence to resolve the issue. So, in summary, they decieved us to make the sale, and now they expect us to trust them for a resolution. LOL. The next thing we will send is a repoirt to the Better Business Beuroa, BBB. I strongly urge all that have been malested by this firm to do the same thing. It,s free and you remain annonamous
