They will take thousands of dollars from you and do nothing. They will not even return your phone call. Instead of paying them, pay your tax.
Power Tax Relief is a scam artist. Their resolution department is a piece of work. They were supposed to handle my case and they did not do anything. I received letter from IRS demanded payment in full or they will take my home. I called their resolution department so many time, sent several email to the department manager and even faxed the IRS letter to them. They did not return my phone call, nor reply to my email. I had to make the call to the IRS, they worked with me, set up a payment plan for me. The IRS is actually nicer to work with then Power tax relief. I did all the work then the resolution manager had the nerve to send me an email letting me know that the payment had been set. What a piece of work.
