Mr. William K, I write this in response to your comment. You are not a person listed as someone authorized on this account and we have never dealt with you. You do not have personal knowledge on the facts and issues. However, my records show we have had numerous conversations and contact with the owner, Cynthia. I have provided Cynthia with the third party verification recordsings and she and I settled this matter to her satisfaction as memorialized in the September 15, 2011 letter sent to her.
