we just moved from sacramento ca. to nevada.the quote was resonable and they had a nice grade on the bbb so we went with this company. thinking they would not try anything like the horror stories we read when doing hours of research on moving companies.honestly there are so many dishonest companies in this field.prestige is no diffrent.they low ball the quote and do not tell you they will wrap everything and chargeing you for it.so i told the driver no thanks when he said additional charges for the additional wrapping of tv and hutch.i mean come on the even wrapped the kichen chairs so why charge over $200 just for 2 pieces of furniture.well he got on phone and talked to manager and gave it to us for free.lol yea right.you give them a itemized list then at the wieght scale they tell you $683 more than the quote.wich they already have yor stuff loaded and we did not add not 1 adational item.they was fast and did wrap everything so the service itself was great.but i did not like the fact a $1,100 quote costed us almost 1,800.i do recomend having a back up plan when they get there to sign the contracts and come up with the list of aditional charges.
