I have been refinancing for many years, and have never had a more positive experience than with Prime Choice Funding. Dave Arnold is the best underwriter ever! He kept in contact with me often. He was always available when I had questions. He NEVER asked me to provide picky stuff that most underwriters require (i.e., 6 different proofs of funds that Amerisave kept asking me for). Underwriters in the past have been like the Wizard of OZ--you never hear from them--they just keep shooting annoying requests at you. Dave is awesome!
Brian Vuong is also excellent to work with. He made sure I floated the rate until he thought the time was right. This worked out very well. He was always available when I had questions.
