The company I worked for had been using printsmadeeasy.com for many years to handly our postcards. We decided to have them do our mailing for the first time because we liked the work they did... When we realised they wouldn't be mailed to our customers in time for our event we asked them to cancel. Via a phone call I had with a representative they confirmed that it would be canceled and we would be refunded. After our event we found out that the cards were actually printed and mailed to our customers after the event.... when I looked into it they ended up NOT refunding and sending our cards out after the event (making our company look very silly) when I called and asked for an explanation/refund/credit, they could give me not reason, assured me there was NOTHING they could do and could care less whether or not they lost a long existing customer. Their printing is good and timeing is good, pricing fair, but customer service is HORRIBLE! Being in retail most of my life I know how hard it is to work with difficult customers and I also know that customers cut my check. Customer service is VERY important considering we have choices. I will sooner use Vista Print or a local printing company, even Kinkos or Staples is a better choice as far as customer service goes. Don't depend on printsmadeeasy.com to be responive. Less than 2 hours after posting this review I received a call from a supervisor (Jamie) regarding this situation... she was very apologetic and ended up issuing a credit! I am very shocked and PLEASED with this! She was extremely thoughtful and proffessional! I retract the above review and I will continue to use printsmadeeasy.com! I apologise for giving anyone a wrong idea, I wanted to leave up the last review however so people can see how well PrintsMadeEasy handled the following situation.
