Buyer Beware

I usually don't take the time to write bad reviews but these people warrant a warning. The fact my staff wasn't happy with ProGuard's cutting wheels is minor compared to their service. From the first phone call I was told to have my techs use the product
and if I wasn't satisfied I could return the unused portion within 30 days. We have 6 techs. Each tried one wheel and all were unhappy with the product. I called two weeks after receiving them to tell them I'd like them returned, per my conversation with the
sales person. Since then I have received two letters about collections and how I didn't hold up my end of the agreement. I have yet to receive a call back from anyone in a decision making position at Proguard and when you call their number, which I have done
numerous times, you have to leave a message in their general mail box. Bottom line: what I was told and agreed to when I ordered the product for trial was not what happened. We had to use our FedEx account to return the product at our expense.
