If you've taken the time to check them out before bidding, you're smarter than I was. Any company with a rating of C- should be AVOIDED. They perform NO testing of the items to be auctioned, even if it's nothing more than putting in some batteries! That should be a bid RED FLAG for you, as their policy regarding returns is NO. If you complain about an item, they ban you from further bidding (though it's not hard to get back in).
You must wonder why they don't use something like eBay to handle their auctions! That site is already set up, the products would receive much more exposure, and this would lead to higher prices. But DUE TO THEIR ABYSMAL customer service, eBay would kick them off after only a few weeks. Yes, they're THAT bad!
Save your money, or look for the item elsewhere. You'll be much happier!
