They have the worst customer service I have ever had! I sent my TV back to them during the warranty period, I had to pay shipping of $160. Three months later and many phone calls to shop NBC and Proton I have a used TV with less features. Shop NBC is contacting them again to let them know the status. I hope no one else ever has to go through this!!
