I ordered a swingset that cost me in excess of $7500.0. After installation, it took many, many calls to get them to fix the base of the slide that they had left precariously sitting on cinder blocks (for my 3 year old!). Within a few months, I noticed that the wood was separating at the base of the fort (which is over 6 feet in the air). It took several calls before I finally got someone to come out to fix it (each time I called they either directed me elsewhere or blamed the guy who was supposed to fix it for not contacting me). When theyf inally came out, they fixed the wrong thing. My swingset is still not fixed.
