Raw Natural Beauty took care of my billing issue immediately.
2 months ago my daughter asked if she could use my credit card to order a sample of make-up. She told me it was only $4.95 and begged me to let her try it. A little over a month after I agreed to her request, I noticed an unexpected charge of $90 on my statement from Raw Natural Beauty.
Right away I contacted them to find out why the 2nd charge was billed and the rep explained that it was for the trial order that I placed. It turned out that the 1st order was not a sample but rather a trial of sorts.
When I explained to them that my daughter told me that it was a sample, the rep offered to show me the offer online while I was on the phone. She also re-sent a confirmation email that was sent to my daughter which explained that she would be biled after 30 days if she decided to keep the make-up.
When I told the rep that I couldn't afford the make-up and didn't approve the full purchase, the rep understood & issued me a full refund.
Although I do think the offer is not initially clear, I did appreciate their resolution. My daughter didn't read what she signed up for & I didn't take the time to double check. However, I have never dealt with a company that was so understanding and so willing to understand my situation & offer a full refund.
Before I spoke to RAW Natural Beauty, I was ready to file a BBBomplaint...but beacuase they were so understanding, I thought it was right to let you all know.
