We will not be going back to this place again! I had the exterior detail service done for $175 & asked if they offer a military discount. They took $1 dollar off. I guess 21 years in the Marine Corps gets me a dollar off? W/ in an hour after I paid & picked up my truck, I remembered that I had a coupon for 50% off of any detailing service & went back to claim the 50% off. I was told because I didn’t present it at the time of service, I couldn’t use it. I asked for the manager, Tony, & was told he would be back in an hour. I went back in an hour & was told that he wouldn’t be back for the rest of the day. I talked to another lady there & was told I could not redeem the coupon. I explained to her that I have just recently moved here, I live right up the street, I was pleased with the quality of the job they did, & I plan on coming back here on a regular basis. However, if they don’t redeem this coupon, I would not come back again. She would not redeem it & when I asked how I could talk to the manager, she took my name & number & said he would call me. He didn’t call me so I take it that they are not really all that concerned that I won’t be a return, recurring customer. This certainly isn’t about $87 for me. To me, it’s about their “oh well” attitude towards me, the customer. I don’t see how the $87 was worth having me not come back ever. I’m sure over the three years I’ll be stationed here, I would have frequented that place at least once a week. I would like to stress though that they did do a good job on my truck, it’s the “yeah what ever, we don’t care about you” attitude that’s going to keep me from going back. As a manager, he should have been professional enough to call me.
