This complain is in regards to Redlands Complete Auto Repair inc. I had a clutch installed in my truck on 9/14/09. The warranty on the wall states three years of 36000 miles. I took my truck in on 9/8/10, due to the fact that the clutch is going out already. The mechanic had told me then this was the problem. I returned on 9/14/10 and Jake the owner said they had not worked on it and would not give me a work order. He said the mechanic only told me it was the clutch because he thought I was a new customer and wanted to get money out of me. This company has refused to stand behind their warranty they have posted. I have only put 5000 miles on this. anyone taking their car there beware. They do not post any warranty info. on the work order, and refuse to stand behind the warranty posted on their wall.
