I brought my down comforter in to be dry cleaned and it was washed. I brought the comforter back when I realized that it was still wet and I was upset that it had been washed. Arman had told me that this is what they do with comforters and I said that it didn't matter to me "what they do" that I brought my comforter in to be dry cleaned and they had clearly weashed and runined it- it had clumps of feathers that he said he could fix by putting it in the dryer with tennis balls. I went back to pick it up and the comforter was full of clumps- I went back with the comforter and they told me tha tI needed to return when Aram is there (now going on 6 trips) I called to speak with him and he seemed nice about the comforter and being able to fix it by puttinf it through the dry cleaner machine- he promised to have it back to me within a few hours and 12 hours went by before I got a call- he told me that he would refund me the cost of the comfroter (on sale) and refund me the dry cleaning (as the comforter was not fixed) and that I would take the check and leave the comforter. I wanted to speak with him about the terms as I had no other blanket to sleep with and wanted to keep the comforter- he did not return my call- I tracked him down and he was very rude about the replacement- he sexually harassed me, owes me money and I will not reutrn busniess to him or his company.
