I tried to replace a part (seat) located in the tub faucets, no luck. Frustration - the house water off for two hours plus and wife pacing, not good. Time to punt. It was late Saturday afternoon and I was disparately looking for a plumber with little luck – via the Internet. Rob not only responded, but immediately set up an appointment to review my situation. Rob reassured me he had dealt with this problem before and would resolve it shortly. The job was not easy, but expeditiously Rob resolved the problem as he stated. Great job!
