No show, no call, and no response to emails and phone message!
I bought $44 voucher from living social for a full detail. I scheduled the appointment online over one month ago. And since I made that online appointment, I have not had contact with anyone from this company.
I am requesting a refund from living social because they are advertising and selling vouchers for an illegitimate company.
If you call thel Scott's Mobile Detailing business phone number (1-800-603-7610), a male voice will tell you how to schedule an appointment online. BUT this company doesn't tell you to leave a message or say anything about someone calling you back. So I don't know if anyone listened to the voice messages I've left.
Based on my experience of not being able to contact anyone from this company online/email/phone, and also based on them not showing up for a scheduled appointment, I question whether this is a legitimate business.
