This is a very difficult company to deal with. I recommend that you avoid them and use a different dentist. They told me that I had 3 cracked teeth that needed some crowns when I had no problems. After trusting them and believing them that my Insurance would pay, I had 2 done only to have the insurance company deny benefits 5 times because the procedures were not "dentally necessary". I saw another dentist outside of SmileCare who said the 3rd was not cracked and I didn't need a crown.
They threaten me with collections. After finally getting through their billing dept after getting hung up on several times, they told me to ignore the threat since they re-submitted the claim only to get harassed by collections. You cannot trust this company.
