I feel happy with the results and would do it all over again if I had the choice

These last few months we have spent a lot of time working with Vincent and his team from SMS. Initially we just hire them for a succession plan but ended up signing on for a much broader engagement. Usually with these type of companies you end up with scope creep that adds a ton of money onto the total cost. That being said I never had these issues with SMS. They only worked on what we agreed on and never tried to upsell us on an services we did not need. Our total investment was a decent amount of money but I feel happy with the results and would do it all over again if I had the choice. Something you usually can't say with these types of deals.
