Eveyone know it sucks to get your car towed. I was a apartment complex repairing a computer for one of my clients when i got my car towed. At first i thought it was stolen because i had computers on the back seat, but when i called the police department, they told me it was impounded for parking on a assigned space.
I contacted southside towing and spoke to Rose and she told me that my car was indeed in the impound yard. Gave me all the info i needed to get my car back. When i went to pick it up, i was greeted by Dave. I explained to him that i had computers on my car, he walked me to my car an checked if everything was there. And nothing was missing. After about 20min or so i had my car back.
There staff was very polite and really helpe me out with the tow price. At the end, i was taking againg to Dave and i gave him my business card and indeed called me about a week later. I ended up rebuiling his website and build him some computer for his yard.
I can say the experianced i had with the was so smooth. I had my car towed in other places and the staff treat you like if u were a criminal or something. but not this guys.. i highly recomment them.
