About a month ago I hired StateWide Inspections to do an inspection on a home I'm purchasing. I really don't know anything about how an inspection works. StateWide sent an inspector named Carlos, was great and helped me out. He was patient and explained everything to me in lamest terms which was a great help. When I found out he is a licensed contractor and a civil engineer I felt relief. I knew I was in good hands. Buying a home can be an emotional time and I felt StateWide Inspections was on my side. I want my first home to be the greatest! I was scared I would buy a dream home, then have my home become a nightmare. After I received the informative Inspection report I saw everything that needed to be done. Know I'm in escrow and I know that my home was inspected thoroughly and I know it will become my dream home. Thanks to StateWide Inspections. I Highly recommend them.
