I am not one to complain even when there is merit to do so, however, I must warn you that doing business w/Stillen.com aka Steve Millen Sportparts, Inc. would be a mistake. The sales tactics are shameful. They will claim, for example, their product is pending CARB certification or has already been approved when in fact the product isn't even up for certification. In checking w/CARB I found out their product wasn't even being considered yet they will claim via their website it's under consideration (pending certification). They also hide that fact they will demand a restock fee equivalent to 30% or more. Don't waste your time. There are many other after market vendors who can provide you what you need without deception and excessive fees.

We at STILLEN try and help every customer and we want every customer to be completely satisfied with our products. If a customer changes their mind and wants to returned a product we have a written policy which states very clearly that "returns will be subject to a repackaging charge and may also be subject to restocking fees at our discretion". We do not hide that fact or that it costs STILLEN money to have a part returned, inspected, re-boxed and re-shelved plus we pay credit card or PayPal fees on every transaction. If we knew who the customer is that made the complaint we could re-look at the restocking charges and determine if they were fair but the customer does not identify themselves so we are at a loss at this point.
