Purchased Sundance Spa from a local dealer. The Spa came with a cover with cheap clips. Within the fist month, one clip broke and the next clip several weeks later. Guess What? not covered under warranty. $8,000 Spa, is crap. The wind keeps blowing the cover open and running up electric bills. Sure got the run around from the dealer. I then contacted Sundance direct and was told that the cover has a two year warranty. At this point, I figured that my problem was going to be taken care of. Customer Service and the dealer talked and basically told me that they would send two new clips and I would need to hire a seamstress to resew the new clips on. At the end of the day, no solution. I am sure, I will need to outsource the cover to someone who knows what they are doing and get some aluminum or galvanized clips so it doesn't happen again. Plan on this additional expense when buying a hot tub. If you buy this spa, be prepared for cold weather to snap your clips...
