Charged Credit Card, Order Never Received and live person not reachable

I ordered a supplement and my credit card was immediately charged. I received an email stating they got my payment and would send shipping information when they send my order. They have not sent any information. I have called several times and can never
get a person on the phone. I am always sent to voicemail. I have left several messages and have not had any of my calls returned. I also sent several emails asking for status of my order and IF my order will actually even ship at this point. All I get back
is an automatically generated response thanking me for my inquiry. If the order actually comes someday, I will be very surprised. Right now, I feel I have been a target of fraud. I hope I can update and say that I was wrong. That this was a good company after
all. But I am losing faith by the minute.
