Months of broken promises

Company promised an agreed amount for transporting trailer. I paid $300 downpayment using my cc. After signing contract they delivered my trailer for $300 more than agreed price. I called autotransport and they acknowledged the mistake and AutoTransportGroup
promised to credit my cc $300 for the downpayment already paid to them. I have made over 20 calls to Autotransport and only get no answer or the runaround each time. 1. No return calls as promised (EVER) 2. Like starting over each time I call 3. Place you
on hold until you go to Voicemail... standard tactic. Then they don't answer the phone when you call back. I have been trying to get my $300 credit now for 3 months. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS! They are dishonest people!
