I went to the store to return a pre-paid package. The owner wanted me to pay her $1 for using the masking tape, then refused to cover the label's scanning bar code with enough tape. I asked for the receipt for the "tape charge", the owner then said, "it would cost you $1.10 now!" On the way out, the owner threw in the insult, "don't be a cheap goat".
I couldn't believe what happened there. No customers should ever be treated this way! It bugs my mind what UPS has become these days. I'm writing an official complaint letter to UPS headquarter, and file a complaint to local BBB.?
