I ordered an Airsoft gun for a Christmas gift, Titan sent the wrong one in a half a box that was obiously a used box as it was in a very bad state, plus the box was not the right one for the gun I ordered or the one sent. After 3 emails to them not answered i put a stop on the payment from my credit card, that made them answer! they said send it back, it was 2 days before Christmas and I was not going to pay shipping costs again,asked them to send the right one with a shipping label to return the first one,three emails again i got an answer of"no we can't do that" Will never deal with this company again,no customer support whatsoever. no stars for rating
