My father recently passed away and he had gotten a plan with the Trident Society. We have the card to the staff at the hospital and later on that afternoon I called the company. I introduced myself and they knew right away who my father was. They gave me the telephone number and transferred me to the representative that was handling my Father's remains. They were professional and compassionate.
When my Father's remains were ready to pick up they transferred to an affiliate near my Mother to make it easier for her to pick up him.
