My business uses the UPS Store in San Fernando. We work with a group of lawyers who all use it as their mailing depot. Their service at the UPS Store can't be beat. They are courteous and make me and my wife feel welcome when we go there to get the mail and send packages. Mario is one of the nicest people we've ever met. We've had him as our guest for the San Fernando Police Advisory Council quarterly luncheons. He's active in civic affairs and he loves his community. He's also an aggresive fundraiser for local causes and for the annual Cancer Drive. He has a young family member serving in the military, in a very dangerous part of the world right now, fighting terrorism so that all of us can enjoy our freedom. We pray for a safe return every day. We just can't think of another business relationship we've ever had that has been this good. If all retailers would just be as nice as the people at this UPS Store, the world would be such a better place.
