Definitely a scam

The customer service was rude and tried to charge me for a service that I didn't agree to. It was quite absurd. He just sort of snuck it into the call that he was about the charge my card for this service he iddn't ask me if I wanted and I didn't say I wanted. Then the first law firm phone number they gave me didn't work. The second one never called me back even after leaving messages 3 times. Then I called to cancel because I was getting nowhere. They said I'd get a call back in a few days to confirm the cancellation but if I didn't then to call them back! The next day I got a cancellation email but they charged my card anyway. When I contacted them to refund my card they told me I didn't cancel in time. But I did. They just didn't count the cancellation until the day they emailed me back... not the day that I actually called to cancel! This is a crazy rip of scam.
