I've had the EXACT same problem as many of the posts I've read. Dealing with this company has been an ongoing process, probably three years. I, like many, was contacted to simply try a product, I agreed and thought that was it. After six months or so, another shipment arrived as "part of the order". Not really thinking about it, I took the shipment thinking it was my fault. The shipments continued and Karl's response was always " it was part of the original order". He tries to charge huge fees for not taking the order and frequently refers to the "invoice". After going through this about three times, I final caught on to what was going on (probably my fault for not staying on the purchase orders to start with). Recently Karl called to indicate another shipment was coming (one that I didn't order). After losing about $1500 of College money from the last order, I made it perfectly clear that I didnt want more product (or so I thought). After several minutes of back and forth comments, I agreed to pay for four more bottles and be done with this company forever. I recently received my four bottles and noticed something quite interesting on the packing list. It indicates the orginial order was "12" not four, which means he can later come back and say that the "original order was 12, it's here on the invoice", which I now realize he was doing all the time. After noticing this detail, I emailed the company that now handles collection for this company (Kleritec), and told them I would them that the order was incorrect and that I would not be paying or receving future shipments for this company. They (United Business Supply) usually wait several months before they contact you again, I guess hoping you'll forget the last transaction details (which I did do...but not this time!) This company, and it's owner Karl, are COMPLETE SCAM ARTISTS! I'm glad I finally took the time to contact the Better Buiness Bureau.
