I am the director of a nonprofit preschool. Kleritec (formerly named United Business Supply) has contacted me after I received boxes of supplies that I never ordered. An example of one of the boxes we received is...8 reams of construction paper(9x12) for $74.50 each. The average price for this paper is usually $10.99 a ream. The freight & insurance was $89.97. So...$685.97 for construction paper that we didn't order.
"There are no returns on sale, closeout, or special order merchandise. All returns require a company issued 'RA' ".
I am currently giving all of my information from this company to a lawyer and am not sending any further payment.
