Avoid these guys like the plague.
They're poor rating here as well as on consumer sites like resellerratings.com is well deserved.
In my case, I received a gift from a relative that was received broken in the box. Over a period of months the company failed repeatedly to resolve the issue. At first claiming they were waiting to be restocked and then later saying I had to prove that it was broken -- pictures were not sufficient.
These guys do business through Amazon.com's merchant program so beware. Somehow they have a good review there. However, Amazon's so called A-to-Z guarantee is worthless.
