Nick Gouche of Vault Mortgage is the epitome of the dedicated professional. We were originally working with another lender when our Realtor, Adam Ward, suggested we meet with Nick. Mr. Gouche gave us more information in our first, hour-long, face-to-face meeting than the other lender had provided in nearly 3 months of (largely email) correspondence. Nick was sure to learn our expectations so he could strive to meet/beat them (which he did). He kept us well-informed along each step of the way and was always available for questions. Mr. Gouche worked tirelessly on our behalf. He tailored his schedule to meet our needs, including driving to our home after hours on more than one occasion. He went above and beyond to ensure we understood each step of the process and got the best deal possible. At one point, when we were having some difficulties scheduling a visit from the gas company prior to our home inspection, Nick went so far as to use his personal Facebook account to ask his friends, family and business associates if they had any personal contacts that may be able to help us get a visit scheduled sooner. This kind of quick-witted, out-of-the-box thinking and dedication seem to exemplify Mr. Gouche's work ethic and style. Nick Gouche has a passion and drive for his work that shows in his every action. He worked ceaselessly for us and we have every reason to believe he will do the same for you.
