My recent refinance was a painless, simple process due to the work of David Garcia. I cannot rate my experience more highly. David went above and beyond when helping us refinance. He patiently answered all of my questions in person while reviewing the initial loan documents. When my appraisal came back a bit lower than I expected, David helped by drafting and submitting an indisputable rebuttal. The appraisal was adjusted in our favor. Furthermore, David made himself available well beyond business hours and kept me updated throughout the whole process. In the end, I received the best possible refinance.
