My experience with WDC was a disaster.
Ordered garbage disposal 03/12/12 ($140).
Called to check on about 03/26/12, sent to voicemail.
Customer service returned my call on 03/30/12.
Apologized and told me it would ship 04/04/12.
I called back 04/09/12 to check and was told it would now ship 04/10/12.
Told them to cancel the order and they told me it would cost me $85 to cancel.
$35 re-stocking and $25 EACH way for shipping.
Unbelievable.
That's why I am posting my displeasure here and elsewhere.
Good luck to you if you purchase from WDC.
You will need it.
