My husband has been trying for a remodifcation since December of 2010. The lawyer has done nothing but collect money and lie to us for several months. He has told us for the last 3 months that our loan was under review. Today, I found out that the bank decline the remodification 5 months ago. Watch your pocket books and keep in touch with your bank. He told us to refer the bank to him if they called us, and they haven't heard anything from him.
