Never received my order.

Description of Complaint: I placed an order on the 2nd of March on their website. The website neglected to mention that they were out of stock. Today is April the 15th and I have been told on numerous occasions that I will have my order by specific dates but I still have not received my order. Unfortunately I got tired of waiting and finally decided to cancel my order. The headboard I order is still being shown as available on their website today when it's not. Great prices but I'm hesitant to order from them again. I don't think I would have ever received my order.

Thank you for taking the time to post a review. We do apologize about the unavailability of the Headboard you have ordered and cancelled. This is a very rare occasion when these items take so long to come in. We contacted the manufacturer to find out why the Headboard was taking so long and why it had been postponed so many times and we were told it was a problem getting the proper supply of fabric for the headboard. We have since taken the item off the website because there is no confirmed ETA time. We did offer you a few other options at a discount but unfortunately they were not going to work for you. If you choose to order another item from us we would gladly accommodate you with a discount and a free set up.
