I had ordered two ink cartridges back in September and I received the ink very quickly however when I went to put it into my printer they were the wrong cartridges. I called the company and they said I ordered the wrong ones but I went on the computer 3 times and I saw that these are the cartridges they told me to buy, they said they would not send the correct ones but they would refund my money. It was not my fault that the wrong ones were ordered (this was the first time buying ink for this printer) as they told me which ones to buy. It is now November and I still have not received my refund back. I have a log that I have called them 7 times within the month and a half and the same lady is giving me the run around and stating that they refunded the money when they have not. This company has been very difficult to work with and I would not recommend them at all especially if you are ordering ink for your printer for the first time. They could have given me my correct order and we could have been settled a long tim ago. I do not know why they chose to refund the money and they are not even refunding the whole amount back!
