This company is one big scam! The "customer service" rep I initially contacted assured me I could search thousands of listings, that my 199.00 payment was all the money I would pay out until my first mortgage payment, etc...

Too good to be true. They want $200 for a title search and tell you that you can take over the mortgage payments on a million dollar house for $600 because the mortgage was taken out years ago and that's why it's so low...and the home is in forecl... Read More »
