Hi Brad, we are sad to hear you had a less than pleasant experience with our company. Our Quality Control team reviewd your order and offered a courtesty discount code being that it was your first order with us. Please keep in mind, your order was submitted with Instant Online Proof, which means your order will print the way it shows on the screen. With IOP, we give you a chance to review your files to make sure they fit within our guidelines. Unfortunetly, your files did not fit the proper bleed, which resulted in too much white printing around the cards. Since this was a file issue and not a print issue, we can only offer a courtesy discount so you can update your files and place a new order. Please respond to the email from QC to receive your discount code. Thank you
