I have been working with Zoo Printing now for about 6 months. At first they were doing a good job on my business cards; I would order them from their trade service. Recently, I had 1000 UV coated high gloss cards printed and I delivered the cards to my customer, however my customer looked at the cards and noticed that some of the cards were good and others were bad. The bad ones where cut too close to the left side and they didn't look good. So, I e-mailed my sales rep. Ron from Zoo Printing and never got a response. I called and was put on hold forever and finally spoke to Lance. To make a long story short I requested that they re-print 500 of the business cards because 1/2 of the box was bad. After calling several times with no response to re-printing the cards I finally got an answer.(I was on hold for about 35 minutes.) The answer was it wasn't their fault and they were not going to re-print or refund the money. They said that the U.V. high gloss coating was at fault because it is slippery and can move in the machine while it is printing. So, my customer did not get her cards re-printed and told me that when she uses my service again she doesn't want me to use them ever again!!! If you ask me that is Bad Service. We are only talking about $28.00 business cards!! So, at this time as a Graphic Designer I'm looking at other trade print companies to print my cards. Note: When you call them you are put on hold with music playing and a constant voice saying 100% customer satisfaction... Not True!
